is it some unspoken rule not to venture beyond a certain age range?
how comfortable would i be to date someone who is either younger than my youngest sibling or older than my oldest sibling
i know some of you are saying, it's all about compatibility

apparently there's some sick rule of thumb that goes like this (for a younger sig. other): half plus seven. so if you're 20, you can date someone who's 17. if you're 30, 22. however, if you're 80, 47 is acceptable.
??? I don't go by that rule.
it seems like it's different between men and women. I dunno why. it just is.
for me, my span was: my age, +5 max, -2 min. if I were still single and searching, it might adjust slightly.
finally, a mathematical rule of thumb. if other life questions could so easily be deduced.
